When can I expect to get my PowerSteer?

Delivery will be on or before January (23).

What will be the accuracy of the system?

The accuracy of the system will be ±2,5 cm with connection to RTK signal, and 20cm without correction.

What tractor models does it support?

FieldBee PowerSteer is designed to support almost all tractor models. Not compatible with harvesters and 4 wheel steer tractors

How difficult is it to install the system?

The new FieldBee PowerSteer system is easier to install due to less components, only one cable, and new wheel actuator that can be placed on the tractor in 15 minutes. As well as be easily exchanged between different tractors.

Are there any other payments?

Price for software - Software (app) pro version subscription. Free version with basic functionality also available
Shipping costs - on average 50 EUR within the EU.

Can I be sure the system will be delivered on time?

We plan extra 2 months in our schedule for unexpected situations. But in case of us not being able to deliver according to our promise you will have the right to get a full refund.

What if I'm not completely satisfied with the system?

If you're not fully happy with the PowerSteer, you have the right for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

What else might I need to work with the system?

In order to achieve stable high accuracy of automatic steering with PoweSteer you need to have:

good internet coverage in the field (if you have bad internet connection check question "What to do if I have poor internet connection?")
an NTRIP signal that has a base station within 20km radius of your fields, or a FieldBee Base Station.
a compatible tablet

Can I talk to farmers that are using the FieldBee system?

PowerSteer is a new product so we don’t have reference customers yet. But we have more than 3000 customers in 52 countries and many farmers who are using FieldBee products for many years and are sharing their experience LINK TO VIDEO

Do you provide installation service?

This system is designed for self installation. We therefore provide tutorial videos and manuals. We also have a customer success team that supports you every step of the way. In some countries we have installation partners. Please check this with our sales team.
